Ever since I was a kid, I had a passion for cooking. My first love was Italian Food. The richness of it, how much you can do with it. Having owned restaurants in East Texas for almost a decade, I felt that the time was right to bring a different type of Italian restaurant here. Our food is based on the food from Northern Italy. This area is known for its rich tradition of fabulous food. Thus we are thrilled to bring this style, with a modern twist, to East Texas.
